An Introduction to the History of Art in Crested Butte

OBJ gallery is proud to introduce our History of Art in Crested Butte Project. Its purpose is to “Uncover, Discover, & Archive the History of Art in Crested Butte”. We have mounted in the gallery, a preview exhibit including highlights from the main exhibition, planned to coincide with the grand opening of the new Crested Butte Center for the Arts in 2018.  The show features original archival works by the likes of  William Henry Holmes, Thomas Moran, and William Henry Jackson.
